Sentir Therapy specializes in providing collaborative, evidence-based psychotherapy in English and/or Spanish to youth, young adults, and caregivers within California.

We use clinical expertise to select developmentally-appropriate techniques individually tailored to our clients’ needs. Most importantly, we focus on the therapeutic relationship between client and clinician to create a safe space of reflection and growth.

Sentir Therapy was built upon principles of social justice and cultural humility. We are committed to consistent introspective work to honor the various intersecting cultural identities of both our clients & staff. We specialize in supporting youth & young adults facing a range of common psychological disorders & multilayered stressors (see below). Our clinical approach is strengths-based, client-centered, & trauma-informed.

We primarily incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and behaviorist strategies to work toward your treatment goals. We are proud to provide affirming care for both LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse individuals.


Sentir Therapy holds extensive expertise in the specialized field of parent management training, often referred to as parent coaching. This supportive approach is designed to assist caregivers as they navigate the transformative journey of parenthood (with its many ups and downs!) Common topics in parent coaching sessions include:
