    Individual Psychotherapy

    We offer expert care to clients ages 5-25 years old in Menlo Park or virtually throughout California. We use a strengths based, developmentally appropriate, evidence-based style to work with our clients. We focus on nurturing a strong therapeutic relationship to create a space of mutual respect, vulnerability, and safety. We collaborate with clients and caregivers to create an individualized treatment plan to tailor our therapeutic approach.

    Parent Coaching

    We hold extensive expertise in the specialized field of parent management training, often referred to as parent coaching. This supportive approach is designed to assist caregivers as they navigate the multifaceted journey of parenthood and provide evidence-based strategies to strengthen your parenting approach and relationship with your child/children.

    Community Education

    We partner with schools and community organizations to provide curated, on-site or virtual presentations on a variety of youth mental health topics, with the goal of educating, empowering, and reducing stigma within our communities.     Cognitive Testing

    Sentir Therapy offers cognitive testing for youth applying to private schools that require an IQ assessment as part of the admissions process.

    We use age-appropriate Wechsler intelligence assessments to provide families and schools with a thoughtful, individualized understanding of a student’s cognitive strengths and abilities.
